Intended Use Reagent Extraction RNA
This kit can be used to quickly extract viral DNA and RNA from a variety of liquid samples such as human serum and plasma. The purified viral nucleic acid can be directly used in downstream analysis, such as PCR amplification, cloning, and sequence analysis. It is suitable for the diagnosis of pathogen, forensic analysis and genetic mutations detection. This kit can be used manually or automatically with applicable extractors to obtain DNA and RNA.
Testing principle Under the condition of Chaotropic salts (guanidine hydrochloride, guanidine isothiocyanate, etc.) and an external magnetic field, the superparamagnetism of magnetic beads leads to the adsorption of nucleic acid. After properly washing, the nucleic acid is released in the elution buffer.

Storage Conditions and Validity
This kit is valid for 12 months when stored at room temperature (15-30℃) in dry condition. To avoid potential influence of humidity on RNA carrier, RNA carrier can be stored at（- 20±5）℃. This kit can be transported at room temperature (15-30 ℃ ). 6 times repeated freeze-thaw cycles of resolvent RNA carrier have no effect on the extraction effect (the effect has not been verified when more than 6 times). Lysis/binding solution and Washing Buffer I may appear white crystals when the temperature is lower than 15 ℃. It can be dissolved in 55 ℃ water bath without affecting the use of reagents.

Sample requirements
Applicable sample types: serum, plasma, stool extract, swab lotion, etc.
Storage and shipping : If the samples are not processed in time, they should be stored at refrigerator rang form -20℃ to -80℃. Avoid freezing and thawing the samples, and transport them at 0-8℃.
